At Sports Massage and Movement we believe that prevention is better than cure. We work with you to manage your body in a way that lowers your risk of injury; and, for those unavoidable injuries, aches, pains, and discomfort, we offer a range of services to help treat and alleviate your symptoms.

SPORTS MASSAGE

Sports massage assists in correcting problems and imbalances within soft tissues and is often used to manage sporting injuries.

DEEP TISSUE

From £28

Deep tissue massage is a technique which mainly focuses on realigning deeper layers of connective and muscle tissue, treating issues like strains and sports injuries.

HOT STONE

From £28

A form of alternative medicine, this technique involves the placement of hot stones on the skin in order to relieve pain and promote relaxation, easing tense muscles.

DRY CUPPING

From £28

This form of therapy involves positioning cups on the skin and creating a vacuum which applies negative pressure. This increases blood flow to areas with restricted movement.

DRY NEEDLING

From £30

This therapy uses a small skin prick to simulate twitches within tight bands of muscle tissue. This is used to release trigger points and relieve pain in specific areas.

PERSONAL TRAINING
