Sports massage assists in correcting problems and imbalances within soft tissues and is often used to manage sporting injuries.
Deep tissue massage is a technique which mainly focuses on realigning deeper layers of connective and muscle tissue, treating issues like strains and sports injuries.
This form of therapy involves positioning cups on the skin and creating a vacuum which applies negative pressure. This increases blood flow to areas with restricted movement.
This therapy uses a small skin prick to simulate twitches within tight bands of muscle tissue. This is used to release trigger points and relieve pain in specific areas.

Emily is fantastic. I always come away from an appointment with her feeling more relaxed and happier. I recently had some dry needling done which sounds scary but Emily puts you at ease. She knows what she’s doing. I have very tight shoulder muscles and the needles help release some tension. Would highly recommend!
